They don t include the decking because it is shipped from the uk and that would be ridiculous. As an alternative 3 4 osb can be used. A single 4 pack covers approximately 10 sq. Don t use 7 16 osb as it is intended for external sheathing and isn t strong enough to be used as a floor. In that case you will need to use 3 4 thick plywood. Joist spacing and attic use the joist spacing in some attics is 24 inches and 1 2 inch sheets will sag and possibly break when spanning that distance.

An attic can be floored with 1 2 cdx plywood if it is being used only for storage. Place the sheets of plywood so that the edges of each board ends at the center of the floor joists with a 1 8 inch gap between adjacent boards on the same joist to allow for wood expansion. I was able to find the appropriate amount of tongue and groove decking at the local home depot for total cost of less than 50 but could probably be even cheaper if you decided to use larger sheets of plywood or something. You need 3 4 inch plywood.
